Is this a planning applications service?
No. We read committee, cabinet and scrutiny papers for business development signals, so planning items show up where they carry commercial weight. If you want a feed of every application submitted, that's a different tool.
Do you cover housing associations?
We scan local authority and strategic authority papers. Registered provider activity shows up wherever it reaches a council committee, which is often – joint ventures, nomination agreements, stock transfer proposals, partnering arrangements. Housing association board papers aren't a source we scan directly.
