Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 May 2026

These terms govern your use of govleads.co.uk and the GovLeads service ("the Service"), provided by GovLeads ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

GovLeads provides intelligence digests compiled from publicly available local-government documents, including committee agendas, cabinet reports, scrutiny papers and similar records, matched to the interests you tell us about.

2. Trials and subscriptions

We may offer a free trial. Paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be set out when you subscribe. We may change pricing on reasonable notice. Free-trial access may be withdrawn at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

The digests are provided for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share them outside your organisation, and you may not use automated means to extract or scrape our content.

4. Accuracy and no guarantee

GovLeads surfaces and summarises information using automated tools. It may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date material. It is provided for information only and is not advice. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any signal, or that you will identify or win any opportunity. You should always verify a signal against the original source document before acting on it.

5. Intellectual property

The GovLeads platform, brand, and the compilation and curation of the digests are our property. The underlying source documents remain public records owned by their respective bodies.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
